That is why we strive to build a rapport and personal relationship with each and every tenant. We want to provide them quality service with compassion so they feel comfortable submitting maintenance requests or issues with other tenants. This also helps preserve the properties.

Every tenant should feel comfortable and confident that management and the owner will maintain the property. There must be a clear definition of what is the responsibility of the tenant and what falls to ownership. By setting those expectations at the beginning, everyone knows what to expect. Our software allows tenants to report maintenance requests directly from their phones to avoid the late night phone calls for non emergency requests.
